FirstLight Media and June merge to become Junefirst

OTT technology provider FirstLight Media and tech specialist June have announced the companies will merge to become Junefirst.

The company’s services include localisation, media and content management as well as associated tech services such as CMS, packaging, distribution and integration services.

Clients will still be able to use JuneFirst’s tech, localisation and content services separately. In addition, Comet, JuneFirst’s CMS, is offered as a SaaS service for customers, where they are provided a complete CMS for OTT, VOD, traditional linear TV and Live as well as modules for packaging and distributing content to any platform.

The company will continue to operate at its offices across the Nordic regions.
