Starzplay ties with Egypt’s VOD Watch It

Starzplay has struck a multi-year partnership with the Egyptian VOD Watch It, as the streamer expands into the Arabic market.

The deal sees 12,000 episodes and over 200 Arabic films added to the Starzplay library, with Watch It subscribers having access to Starzplay entertainment catalogue that include first-run Hollywood shows and movie first-run Hollywood shows and movie premieres as well as popular anime productions premieres and anime productions.

The partnership, Starzplay and Watch will also deliver a collaboration on original Arabic productions between the two entities.

Watch It is available worldwide with users in more than 180 countries with access to one of the largest Arabic catalogue available online.

Titles from Watch It will be made available on Starzplay starting February 2023, with Watch It content also made available to Starzplay’s majority stakeholder and its business verticals and customers in its operating markets across 16 countries.
