Ilyuno names new Belgium and Netherlands chief

Content localisatoin specialist IIyuno has named Jesse Bergsma as managing director of its Belgium and Netherlands operations.

Bergsma is experienced in marketing, sales and operational consulting from working at Chellomedia, now AMC Networks International, and Canal+.

Bergsma will lead and grow the company’s Belgium and Netherlands team and client roster, as well as discover new localisation business opportunities and expand its talent pool of actors and directors.

Earlier this year, Iyuno promoted Berend Beijer, regional Managing director, northwest Europe, who previously occupied the Belgium & the Netherlands role.

“After managing the Benelux region for over two years, I am very excited to take on a new role, as regional managing director Northwest Europe, and continue to contribute to the success of the organization on a regional level. I am very delighted to have Jesse joining the team, having known him since 2005, I have no doubt he is the right person to lead the Benelux team going forward, and I am very confident that Jesse will be successful in his new role, and will continue to build and grow the Iyuno operations in the Benelux region,” said Beijer.
