Bloomberg launches on Freeview via Channelbox

Financial news service Bloomberg and business channel Bloomberg Quicktake have launched on Freeview channel 271 in the UK via the Channelbox platform. 

Bloomberg’s channel delivers business and markets news, data, analysis, and video, featuring stories from Businessweek and Bloomberg News.

Originated in 2017 as a social-only news platform, Bloomberg Quicktake launched as a global, 24/7 video business network in November 2020. The network pairs global, data-driven headlines with original premium content, covering a range of business topics.

The channel’s content line-up includes Hello World, Giant Leap, Storylines, CityLab, Bloomberg Businessweek and Bloomberg Green.

Channelbox is a multi-channel platform available on connected Freeview channel 271 and Channelbox mobile applications. The service is free-to-air and has over 50 TV channels including Euronews, Fashion TV, NTD, France24, Fuel and others.
