AMC+ launches in Spain on Vodafone

AMC’s streaming service AMC+ is launching in Spain on Vodafone España’s TV platform.

The launch will enable Vodafone TV subscribers in Spain to view the entirety of AMC+’s content line-up for €3.99 a month, which will also include access to content from ‘best-of-British’ SVOD offering Acorn TV and a line-up of content from horror offering Planet Horror.

The launch of AMC+ will enable viewers to watch content including The Walking Dead: Origins, Dublin-set crime drama Kin, crime drama 61^st Street, vampire thriller Firebite and stop-motion comedy Ultra City Smiths.

International series on the service include Finnish comedy Mister8, Nordic noir drama Trom and French psychoanalyst drama En Terapia.

Vodafone has made it a priority “to be able to offer the biggest line-up of quality content in our country, totally integrated within the same user experience via our Vodafone TV set-tops”, according to Jesús Rodríguez, director of Vodafone TV España.
