Canal+ names new public affairs director

Canal+ has named Amélie Meynard as director of public affairs.

Reporting to secretary general Laetitia Ménasé, Meynard will be charged with maintaining political and institutional relationships at group level, working in coordination with the secretariat general department of the pay TV outfit.

Meynard has worked in the public affairs department at the pay TV operator wince 2015.

“I am delighted to promote Amélie to the directorship of public affairs within the secretariat general, a new step in her remarkable career within Canal+. Her technical and relationship qualities, as well as her profound knowledge of the sector, have been and will be major assets in assisting the transformation of the group and validating its positive contribution to the environment of the sector and society,” said Ménasé.
