BeIN Media to air Club World Cup

Qatar-based pay TV broadcaster BeIN Media has secured a two-year agreement to air the FIFA Club World Cup in 24 countries across the Middle East and North Africa.

The 2019 edition of the annual event, which features champion clubs from each continent, will take place in Qatar this month in what is seen as a test for the nation’s holding the 2022 World Cup. The 2020 event will also be hosted by Qatar. 

Both the 2019 and 2020 editions will be broadcast live and exclusive on BeIN Sports across the MENA region. 

The 2019 Club World Cup features Liverpool from Europe, Flamengo from South America, CF Monterrey from the Caribbean, ES Tunis from Africa, Hienghene Sport from Oceania and Al Hilal from Asia as well as Qatar champions Al Sadd,completing as host nation champions.
