Amazon and Vodafone Spain kick off ‘pioneering’ Prime collaboration

Amazon and Vodafone España have kicked off what Vodafone describes as a “pioneering agreement” that will see the operator include a subscription to Amazon Prime in its Serielovers TV pack.

From today all Serielovers subscribers will have access to Amazon Prime Video as part of their subscription, giving them access to content including The Marvelous Mrs Maisel, Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan and The Man in the High Castle.

In addition to access to the TV content, Serielovers customers will also have access to the other benefits of Amazon Prime, including access to electronic books and music.

Vodafone said that the Amazon Prime Video app was already available to the great majority of the latest generation of Vodafone TV set-tops, and would be extended to the remainder over the summer.

Vodafone has also bundled the cost of its Seriefans TV pack in its convergent and mobile plans. New customers that take convergent plans up to September 30 will be able to enjoy the Seriefans pack without additional cost, including access to HBO España, FOXNOW and AXN Now.

Customers can also upgrade to the Serielovers pacak for an additional cost of €10 a month.

The Serielovers premium package includes all the content available in Seriefans plus Starzplay and Movistar Series from Telefónica.
