Meo adds French channels to programming line-up
Altice Europe-owned Portuguese service provider Meo has added French public broadcaster France Télévisions’ main domestic channels to its TV offering.
Meo has added France 2, France 3 and France 5 in HD to its line-up of channels.
The three channels are now available to Meo ADSL and fibre customers in the France TV premium package, which is available for €3.99 a month. Meo said that the launch is in line with its policy of differentiating its service through launching content from a range of providers.
Channels launched on the platform this year include Meo Series; Canal Globo, special pop-up channels Disney such as Marvel Mania, Disney Forever 2 and Disney Junior BrincaAprende; international channels such as Italy’s Rai; and interactive TV apps with full series, documentaries and reality TV, such as Halt and Catch Fire (AMC), Sirens (SYFY), Genious Picasso (Fox), true crime (ID) and Netflix in 4K.
