Vodafone Portugal launches My Family mobile and TV app

Vodafone Portugal has launched a new family-oriented mobile and TV app, enabling customers to set parental controls of WiFi and the Vodafone TV box.

The Vodafone My Family app includes features such as calendars and shared shopping lists as well as parental control functions, and allows notifications to be sent whenever a family member enters or leaves the home. Other features include the ability to set calendar events such as school schedules and medical appointments. Information is shared via the cloud and family members are notified of new events both via the mobile phone and TV interfaces.

Users much create a family group and set the location of the home where their TV service ins installed. The app is available for free via the Apple App Store and Google Play store, or via Vodafone TV channel 555.
