In a statement the company said that Karlsson is leaving to pursue new opportunities outside of the company and will not be replaced.

Instead, Net Insight’s technology and product responsibilities will soon be “decentralised and aligned within the solution areas”.

“Martin has been a part of the transformation of the company’s product portfolio and in the company’s transition to a global company,” said Henrik Sund, CEO of Net Insight.

“I would like to thank Martin for all his efforts at Net Insight and wish him the best of luck in his future endeavours.”

Karlsson first joined Net Insight in 2010. He became a part of the executive team in January 2014 after being named VP product portfolio and added the CTO role to his duties in October 2014.
