Altice integrates Netflix across its Optimum footprint
Altice USA has integrated Netflix into its new Altice One platform, which is now available across its full Optimum footprint in the US.
Altice One is a home connectivity hub that is designed to replace the traditional cable box, modem and router. It provides ultra high definition video, high speed broadband, WiFi and IP phone services.
The cloud-based platform gives access to live TV, cloud DVR, video-on-demand, and streaming apps like YouTube, HBO Now, CBS All-Access, Hulu and now Netflix.
“We are very pleased with our progress in rolling out Altice One and the positive response from customers,” said Hakim Boubazine, co-president and chief operating officer, Altice USA.
“We are also excited to announce our partnership with Netflix and to provide our customers with seamless access to Netflix content on Altice One.
“Altice One combines the latest video, internet and connectivity technologies into one immersive experience as we make it simple for our customers to find what they want to watch and access all of their subscriptions in one place.”
Altice USA delivers broadband, pay TV, telephony services, WiFi hotspot access, content and advertising services to approximately 4.9 million residential and business customers through its Optimum and Suddenlink brands.
