T-Hrvatski Telekom launches data-allowance free mobile TV offering
Deutsche Telekom-owned Croatian telco T-Hrvatski Telekom has launched Stream On. a new mobile TV offering that allows users to access 10 hours of HBO Go and Pickbox on-demand programming without eating into their mobile data allowance.
Stream On will be available to subscribers of T-Hrvatski Telekom’s Magenta 1 offering at cost of HRK9 (€0.66) for the first month. As part of its launch, the telco is offering a Huawei P9 Lite device at the special price of HRK598.
Magenta 1 offers residential customers high-speed internet, T-Hrvatski Telekom’s MAXtv service and free calls to fixed network in Croatia and 500 minutes of calls within the EU.
Natasa Rapaic, chief operating officer, residential business, said that Stream On, by enabling users to enjoy series and movies without using up their data allowance, was an example of the company’s ongoing commitment to launch innovative services.
