UPC Czech extends Horizon Go

Liberty Global-owned pay TV operator UPC Czech Republic has extended its Horizon Go mobile TV offering, adding 43 new channels to the service.

The latest raft of additions – described as a mix of movie, factual, music, lifestyle and news services, and channels from neighbouring Slovakia – to the service mean that Horizon Go users can view up to 123 channels in total, including 50 HD services, depending on the package they take.

Subscribers of the basic Klasik package can view 53 mobile channels, while Komfort customers get 104 and Komplet subscribers have access to 123 channels.

Marketing director Jan Kohout said that the service would be further improved in coming months, with new functionality added.
