Net Insight closes ScheduALL acquisition

Media transport specialist Net Insight has completed the acquisition of US software company ScheduALL. 

Net Insight said that the acquisition will strengthen its market position in media service and workflow orchestration.

The latest news follows the announcement on September 2, 2015, that Net Insight was entering into an agreement to purchase ScheduALL. Net Insight has acquired 100% of the shares in the company for US$14 million (€12.5 million) on a cash and debt free basis.

Net Insight said the acquisition would allow it to offer complete end-to-end orchestration to the market.

ScheduALL, founded in 1989, is a provider of enterprise resources management software for media, broadcast and transmission businesses. The company has its head office in Hollywood, Florida, and has approximately 75 employees.
