Eutelsat appoints TDF exec as VP of the UK and Nordics

Eutelsat has appointed the head of TDF’s media services division, Julien Seligmann, as its regional vice president of the UK and Nordics.

Seligmann will be based in London and tasked with leading the Eutelsat UK and Nordics team that drives sales and marketing of capacity and services, in a bid to further consolidate Eutelsat’s leadership across the region.

He brings more than 20 years experience to the role, having started out at Orange Group in 1994 as a satellite telecoms engineer. After this, Seligmann became head of special events at GlobeCast and CEO of Globecast do Brasil and later founded electronic content delivery firm SmartJog, which was acquired by TDF in 2006.
