TVU Networks to debut TVU One in Europe

TVU Networks will present its full portfolio of video-over-IP solutions at IBC, including, for the first time in Europe, its TVU One video transmitter.

Launched at NAB earlier this year, the TVU One is a fifth generation, live, mobile IP news gathering HD video transmitter. It is based on the same transmission resiliency, performance and sub-second latency of a full-size TVUPack backpack transmitter, but is smaller, lightweight and ultra-compact, according to TVU.

The TVU One, like all TVU transmitters, uses proprietary Inverse StatMux Plus technology to transmit dependable HD video over cellular 3G/4G LTE.

TVU will also highlight its TVUPack TM8200 with optional integrated MIMO Microwave. The Multiple-In Multiple-Out (MIMO) antenna technology will similarly make its European debut and allows for portable setup of a localised mesh network.

TVUPack with MIMO Microwave Mesh combines proven, award-winning IP based 3G/4G LTE cellular broadcast with specially designed IP radio transmission technology, according to TVU.
