Sky Go users gain download options in Germany

Sky in Germany has added offline-viewing functionality to its Sky Go mobile TV service, allowing users to download content to their smartphones and tablets.

The Sky Go Extra option can be added for €4.99 per month, allowing users to watch movies, series, children’s programming and documentaries offline anywhere in the world.

 “With Sky Go Extra we offer our customers increased flexibility for their subscription,” said Gaetano Pannitto, executive vice-president, customer group at Sky Deutschland.

“For only €4.99 per month, they can now watch our premium content everywhere, even when they don’t have an internet connection. Whether it’s an everyday situation, a holiday, domestic or international – Sky Go Extra offers our subscribers complete comfort and freedom.”
