YouTube introduces 60fps video to Android, iOS
YouTube has started offering high frame rate video playback on Android and Apple iOS devices.
In a Google+ post, YouTube confirmed that 60 frames per second (60fps) video can now be accessed on mobile devices. YouTube added support for higher frame rate video playback on its site earlier this year.
In May, the Google-owned video site also launched 60fps live streaming as an “early preview” on HTML5-compatible browsers.
