Alcatel-Lucent CEO steps down from Altice board

Alcatel-Lucent CEO Michel Combes has stepped down from his role as independent non-executive director of Altice. 

In a statement issued last week, Altice said that Combes had resigned from his position on May 19.

Combes has been CEO of Altice,  the owner of French cable and telecoms giant Numericable-SFR, since April 2013 and has more than 20 years of experience in the telecoms sector.
