Former BBC Radio 4 controller and current master of St Peter’s College, Oxford, Mark Damazer will be ordinary member of the BBC Trust from April 1, 2015 to March 31, 2019.
Meanwhile, Mark Florman, co-founder and CEO of the merchant banking firm Maizels Westerberg, will become ordinary member of the BBC Trust and Trustee for England for the same time period.
