Okko first with Expendables 3 in 4K

Russian OTT TV service Okko, previously known as Play, is to premiere Hollywood movie The Expendables 3 in 4K – a first for Russia and the global premiere of the movie in the 4K format on smart TV.

The Expendables 3 in 4K will be available to users of LG UHD smart TVs from this weekend

Okko announced in September that it was collaborating with LG to deliver 4K streaming to smart TV users in Russia.

The OTT provider plans to deliver a broad range of 4K content over the coming year.
