Viasat Broadcasting channels launch on Megogo.net

Ukrainian OTT TV provider Megogo.net is to make all of Modern Times Group (MTG)-owned Viasat Broadcasting’s Ukrainian linear channels available on its platform. 

Eight Viasat channels will initially be made available as part of Megogo.net’s basic package. The channels will be provided on a pay basis from next year.

Viasat’s presence on the platform will include movie channel brand TV1000, with channels TV1000, TV1000 Russian Kino, TV1000 Action and TV1000 Comedy all made available, bringing movies including Jobs, 12 Years a Slave and Blue Jasmine to Megogo.net users.

Other channels on the platform will include the Ukrainian version of Viasat History, Viasat Explore, Viasat Nature and Viasat Sport.
