Al Jazeera joins new MSN

News broadcaster Al Jazeera is to be avaialble via Microsoft’s revamped MSN information and entertainment network.

MSN will showcase cotent form Al Jazeera Arabic, English, Turkish and Balkans content across the web and application experience. The new MSN is currently available in beta version.

“One of Al Jazeera’s strategic objectives is expanding audience reach across existing and emerging digital platforms. This opportunity with MSN will allow new audiences to access Al Jazeera’s great content,” said Abdulla Al Najjar, executive director, marketing and distribution of Al Jazeera Media Network.

“The consumption and the distribution of content news has now gone far beyond traditional media; the partnership with MSN will continue to strengthen and enhance Al Jazeera’s position as a leading digital news provider.”
