Netflix launches in Belgium and Luxembourg
Netflix has gone live in Belgian and Luxembourg today, completing a week-long round of European launches that have seen it hit six new territories.
Netflix said that having rolled out France, Germany, Austria and Switzerland already this week, it can be accessed by an additional 63 million broadband homes.
It will be available LG, Panasonic, Samsung, Sony, Toshiba connected TVs in Belgium and Luxembourg.
As in other countries in which it has launched over the last week, Netflix is offering orignals including Orange is the New Black, Bojack Horseman and Hemlock Grove.
Other series available include Fargo, From Dusk Till Dawn and Penny Dreadful.
Movies available in Belgium and Luxembourg include Colombiana and The Social Network.
Belgian content available on the service includes The Schtroumpfs seasons one and two and The Adventures of TinTin.
Netflix is now available in Scandinavia, the Benelux and France, Germany and the UK in Europe. Internationally, it is also available in Latin America.
