UPC Poland names new finance chief

Zoltan Bodnar

Liberty Global-owned UPC Poland has named Zoltan Bodnar as its new finance director, succeeding Chris Biedermann.

Bodnar was previously chief financial officer of UPC Hungary, and has also worked for companies including Diageo and AstraZeneca. He will report to UPC Poland chief executive Ramiro Lafarga Brollo.

Separately, UPC Poland has added TV Puls HD and Tele5 HD to its programming line-up. The additions take the number of HD channels offered by UPC in Poland to 50.

Family-oriented TV Puls HD and movies and entertainment channel Tele5 HD will be availbl to all digital subscribers regardless of the packages they take.
