MTG’s Viaplay to offer Disney Movies on Demand in the Nordics

Modern Times Group-owned streaming service Viaplay has signed a deal with Disney Nordic to offer Disney Movies on Demand in Sweden, Finland and Denmark.

The deal gives Viaplay exclusive distribution rights for the service in these three countries, as well as non-exclusive distribution rights for Norway.

Disney Movies on Demand will be available to Viaplay customers as part of their subscription fee and will give them access to movies like Cinderella and Robin Hood, Pixar hits like Cars, Monsters Inc. and Toy Story, as well as live action family movies such as Alice in Wonderland and 101 Dalmatians.
