Google+ casting on Chromecast

Google has enabled users of its Google+ social network to cast their Google+ streams to its Chromecast HDMI dongle.

The move, part of the company’s latest update to Google+, allows users to browse posts on their feed as they would in the app and provides a mirror to the feed as seen on the device they are using to cast it.

The feature will enable users to cast a slideshow of photos, videos and links or their Google+ stream to their TVs.
The cast button comes as part of Google+ version 4.5.
