A+E’s Lifetime to launch on DStv
A+E Networks is to launch women’s entertainment channel Lifetime on the MultiChoice DStv platform in South Africa on July 22.
The channel will launch on DStv channel 131 and will be available to all DStv Premium customers.
The launch expands the A+E Networks portfolio in Africa, delivering a female-focused entertainment brand to sit alongside History and Crime + Investigation, according to A+E
The channel will offer a range of scripted dramas, Lifetime Original Movies and factual entertainment shows. A+E Networks said it is also commissioning local content to broadcast on the channel from 2015.
