Telenor Broadcast chief Hofbauer moves to Swedish CEO role

Telenor Broadcast and Canal Digital CEO Patrik Hofbauer has been named as the new CEO of Telenor Sweden.

Hofbauer succeeds Lars-Åke Norling, who takes over as chief executive of Telenor’s DiGi Telecommunications unit in Malaysia.

The group will now begin the process of recruiting a successor to Hofbauer at Telenor Broadcast.
