Alticast names industry veteran as EMEA chief

Interactive TV technology specialist Alticast has named former Technicolor and Alcatel-Lucent executive Tiaan Schutte as the president of its unit for the EMEA region, based in Amsterdam.

Schutte, who has served in executive positions at Irdeto and NCube as well as Alcatel-Lucent and Technicolor, was most recently with Three Media Associates.
