Housing industry expert to quit PrimaCom parent company board

Lutz Freitag, who was appointed to the board of German cable operator PrimaCom’s parent company Medfort last year to help cement ties with the housing industry, has resigned for personal reasons.

Medfort chairman Harold Stöber thanked Freitag for his work and said that the group planned to appoint a successor with housing industry expertise.

Freitag, president of housing group association Immobilien-Spitzenverbandes GdW, was named to the Medfort board last August.
