i24news launches on Swisscom TV

Israel-based international news channel i24news has launched in Switzerland on the Swisscom TV platform. 

The new distribution deal saw Swisscom start to air the English version of the channel this week on channel number 557 as part of its international channel package. The French version of i24news is due to launch on the platform in May.

i24news’ chief marketing and commercial officer, Laurent Malek, said that i24news already reaches more than 40m homes in Europe – in countries including France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal and Italy.
