Teo adds new HD service

Lithuanian IPTV operator Teo has added national channel LRT HD to its line-up.

Teo’s smart TV platform now carries seven HD channels – LRT HD, NBA HD TV, iConcerts HD, Eurosport HD, Discovery HD Showcase, National Geographic Channel HD, History HD and 3D channel 3flow.

This year, the semi-finals and the Final of the Eurovision Song Contest, which will take place in Copenhagen, and the FIFA World Cup, will be available to Teo smart TV users in high-definition on LRT HD.

Until now, the world music and sports events broadcast by LRT in HD were re-broadcast by Teo on specially created channels. LRT HD launched earlier this year.
