Kudelski sees strong profit growth on flat revenues

Interactive TV and content security technology provider Kudelski reported strong growth in net income on flat revenues for 2013, following strong growth in the Americas and the sale if its Abilis unit.

Kudelski said its revenues dropped 0.7% to CHF857.8 million (€702.3 million), attributed to the sale of specialist technology unit Abilis.

Net income grew by 185.5% to CHF43.4 million, while operating income grew by 68.6% to CHF60.2 million. The group saw solid growth in the sale of digital TV solutions in the Americas.

Kudelski said it expected revenues of between CHF865 million and CHF880 million this year, with operating income between CHF55-65 million.
