SES Platform Services chooses Xstream for VoD

Satellite operator SES’s playout arm, SES Platform Services, has chosen Danish technology provider Xstream to delivery technology to underpin its video-on-demand delivery platform.

SES Platform Services is using Xstream’s MediaMaker management system to deliver OTT VoD services for its customers. The system enables ingest from multiple sources and incorporates several of Xstream’s custom-made RESTful APIs.
