TDF names M&A and business development chief

French transmission services provider TDF has named Bastian Manintveld as head of M&A and business development of its media services division.

Manintveld was a founder of BeBanjo, a software company that develops tools for teams managing on-demand services, which was acquired by the TDF Group in 2011.

“The media services market is increasingly shifting to digital and non-linear technology, products and services. We’re very well positioned to address both linear as well as non-linear service requirements. We have an excellent international team, a strong European footprint and a full service offering for broadcasters, pay TV operators and MSOs. There is a lot to do and I can’t wait to get started,” said Manintveld.
