Saffron Digital hires Brightcove sales exec for EMEA

Video service delivery specialist Saffron Digital has named former Brightcove sales executive Enda Parker as its sales manager for EMEA.

Parker will be charged with helping drive the growth of Saffron’s recently launched Stage platform in Europe and will report to recently appointed EMEA sales director Craig Chuter, who previously worked for Capablue.

Parker previously worked for Brightcove on the launch of Brightcove Express, its product for small and medium businesses and on growing the company’s mid-range customer base.

“Enda joins us at a really exciting time. We have just announced our new platform to the market and have already had a lot of interest from media companies and retailers in the Europe,” said Chuter. “Enda’s strong experience in the OVP market makes him perfectly placed to secure and support our growing pipeline and identify other companies looking to launch premium multi-platform video services in the region.”
