Elemental to highlight 4K and HEVC

Elemental Technologies will showcase its range of encoding solutions at ANGA COM, including its 4K TV and HEVC/H.265 capability.

Elemental will highlight its ability to implement live and on demand video processing in on- premise, cloud-based or hybrid ground-cloud deployments.

According to Elemental, the encoding features for its cloud-based encoding platform, Elemental Cloud, mirror those available with Elemental Server and Elemental Live, ensuring the same video output is available from on-premise appliances and secure cloud-based transcoding resources.

Elemental Conductor meanwhile centralises management of all Elemental video processing deployments.

In addition, Elemental will highlight Elemental Live and Elemental Server performing 4K Ultra HD encoding, real-time HEVC/H.265 encoding as well as MPEG-DASH streaming to a variety of end user players and devices.

Technologies designed to help customers protect and monetise content in a multiscreen ecosystem, such as forensic watermarking, encryption, targeted ad insertion, advanced captioning and audio normalisation, will also be on display.

Elemental solutions will also be featured in partner stands, including those of Teleste (stand E19, Hall 10.2) and Veramatrix (stand M10, Hall 10.1).
