UPC Austria launches combined HD package

Cable operator UPC Austria has launched a new HD package combining its existing HD Extra and HD Extra Plus offerings to create a service with 22 HD channels. 

UPC is offering the package for €4.99 instead of the normal €9.98 for the first six months.

UPC’s HD programming includes coverage of the UEFA Champions League final on Puls 4 as well as channels including Eurosport HD, National Geographic HD, SyfyHD and ProSieben HD.
