VimpelCom names technical director for Urals unit

Russian service provider VimpelCom’s Urals region unit has named Vladimir Kokurin as technical director, in charge of mobile and fixed network technology.
Kokurin was previously deputy director of rival service provider MegaFon’s Caucasus region unit.
