TTC completes consolidation of subsidiaries

Russian service provider TransTeleCom (TTC) has completed the consolidation of 18 regional subsidiaries previously owned by its majority shareholder Russian Railways, according to local reports.
The assets of the 18 companies were acquired via a new issue of TTC shares.
