Mediaset launches new multiplatform weather service

Italian media group Mediaset has launched a new multiplatform version of weather service Meteo.it that will be available via PCs, tablets, smartphones and Mediaset’s TV networks.

Meteo.it, previously available as a website only, has been revamped as an online service with new graphics and hourly updates for all Italian municipalities, available via a free download to smartphones and tablets. The TV version will be expanded and offered via channels TgCom24, Canale 5, Italia 1 and Retequattro.
