YouTube adds captioning in six European languages
YouTube has expanded its automatic captioning service to enable captioning of videos in German, Italian, French, Portuguese, Russian, and Dutch.
YouTube launched its automatic captioning service in English in 2009 and has since added captioning in Japanese, Korean and Spanish.
Viewers can switch on captions by clicking the closed caption on videos in these languages.
