Irkutsk gets digital-terrestrial TV

Russian broadcast infrastructure provider RTRS has started test broadcasting digital-terrestrial TV services in the Irkutsk region in Siberia.
According to RTRS, digital broadcasting currently covers 43.8% of the population of the region, with full transition to digital planned for 2013.
