Accedo and Filmin develop Smart TV VOD apps

Interactive TV specialist Accedo and Spanish SVOD provider Filmin are to jointly develop Smart TV apps for multiple platforms.


The first official app launched under the partnership gives Samsung SmartTV and Blu-ray player viewers access to a subscription catalogue of 2,900 videos. The two companies are also working together to develop VOD apps for other platforms, that are expected to launch across a number of different devices this year and in 2013.
