Trace Sports heads to Ono

Trace Sports, the channel dedicated to sports celebrities, is launching on Ono’s network in Spain.

The channel will be available on Ono’s cable platform from September 1 in HD and standard definition. It will form part of Ono’s Basic package.

Launched in June 2011, Trace Sports gives access to top sports stars, including Rafael Nadal, Iker Casillas, Fernando Alonso and Usain Bolt.

The channel has secured distribution agreements in over 70 countries and plans to reach over 30 million subscribers from all continents by the end of 2012.
