Agama launches churn reducer
Video service quality assurance company Agama Technologies is launching a new Churn Identification Application addition to its DTV Monitoring Solution
The solution can identify customers experiencing problems and at risk of churning. It uses analytics to data mine the real-time, 24/7 service quality monitoring data for each customer and can scale to operators with millions of subscribers. With support of automation and proactive workflows, the extension enables operators to act to retain the customer, Agama said.
“Proactively working to reduce churn rates by automatically identifying customers at risk, and of course the issues behind their problems, is a high-potential opportunity for all TV operators,” said Johan Görsjö, director of product management at Agama Technologies. “We’ve had the privilege of working in close cooperation with a number of leading operators for several years, giving us extensive real-world experience in advanced quality and customer satisfaction management and analytics. This has proved essential when developing the new Churn Identification Application extension to our solution, and we welcome everyone to our stand at IBC 2012, to discuss churn reduction strategies and how Agama can support in this challenge.”
Agama will be exhibiting at IBC on Stand 4.A55.
