VimpelCom names Moscow technology chief

Russian quad-play service provider VimpelCom has named Sergey Bauman as technology director for its Moscow region operations.

Bauman, who will be charged with implementing modernisation of VimpelCom’s wireless network in the city, was previously technical director of VimpelCom’s Central region operations.
