Orange Poland adds DTH and IPTV subs

Orange Poland ended June with 677,000 TV subscribers, a 14.2% year-on-year increase.

Of that figure, 562,000 took Orange’s DTH service, up from 482,000 a year earlier. Orange’s IPTV subscriber based increased to 114,000 from 111,000 a year earlier.

The telco has made strong progress with its triple-play packages, with 151,000 customers taking TV, broadband and telephony services from Orange at the end of June, compared with 29,000 at the same time last year.

Revenue from broadband, TV and VoIP was down slightly year-on-year to PLN383 million (€90 million), compared with PLN387 million.
